This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, use, and share with respect to SortPak’s website, services, mobile applications, products, and content (“Services”). Please review it carefully as your access to, and use of, the SortPak’s services is subject to SortPak’s Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
What Information We Collect
Personally Identifiable Information:
We collect personally identifiable information from you when you register on our website, place an order, respond to communication such as e-mail, or participate in another online experience feature.
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is any data that could potentially be used to identify a particular person, including but not limited to one’s name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.
Health and Medical Information:
When signing up for pharmacy services or ordering prescription drugs, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal and/or health-related information. This Privacy Policy does not cover all personal health information submitted by you in the course of using our Service, which is covered by SortPak’s HIPAA Policy (the “HIPAA Policy”). Any conflict between this Privacy Policy and HIPAA Policy with respect to such personal health information shall be resolved in favor of the HIPAA Policy.
Non-Personal Information:
We may also collect non-personal information including but not limited to mobile devices IDs, internet protocol (“IP”) addresses, web browser information referring page URLS, and data related to your interactions with our website. We use IP addresses and session identifiers to analyze trends, to administer the website to track user activities, to infer user interests, and to otherwise induce, deduce, and gather information about individual users and market segments.
Automatic Data Collection Technologies:

Children Under the Age of 13
Our website is intended for adults. No one under the age of thirteen may provide any personal information to or on our website. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year. Please be advised that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
